Detailed procedure to configure a Prompt tile
Step 1: Access configuration mode in K2 App
To add or modify tiles on your dashboard, you must first enter configuration mode.
Method A: Using the pencil icon
- Click on the pencil-shaped icon located in the upper right corner of the main K2 App interface.

- In the left sidebar, find the name of your dashboard.
- Click on the three dots icon (...) next to the name.

- The AI assistant analyzes your request and generates:
- A textual response on the left, confirming the creation.
- A visual preview of the tile on the right, showing the result in real time.
- Refine the result: If the preview doesn't meet your expectations, continue the conversation with the assistant to adjust the Prompt tile.

- Add a 95% target for availability.
